Racism

Racism may be defined as the hatred of one person by another -- or the belief that another person is less than human -- because of skin colour, language, customs, and place of birth or any factor that supposedly reveals the basic nature of that person. It has influenced wars and slavery.

I feel absolutely disgusted over the issue of racism, because there shouldn't be a problem regarding what colour someone is. Many wars are caused through people's ignorance. Racism will only cease to exist through education in our schools. Generally I feel that racism occurs through lack of education, but over time things have changed, I find that there are so many incidents at schools and also everywhere else, but there is so much you can do. I think personally attitudes need to change, once these are changed people will see past the colour, race and gender, in that sense I guess.

I am an individual that wants to prevent all racism, but this is nothing to anyone.

I just hope that over time, racism will fall. I do not even think Media have anything to do with it; it is mostly peer pressure and also attitudes.

What I am trying to say is, I am totally against it, if you didn't get that from my racism blog..haha.
